Find a space quickly and easily and pay using our app or convenient pay stations.
The current parking rate is $1.50 per hour for on-street parking spaces, $1.25 for surface lots, and $1.15 for The dot parking deck. Paid parking is enforced Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. through midnight. There is no cost to park after midnight; on Sundays; and on holidays, election days, and other designated non-enforcement periods.

Having trouble finding a space? Don’t forget that we have a brand new parking deck located at the southeast corner of W. Troy and Allen Streets, just a short block south of downtown Ferndale. The deck is free on Sundays and rates during the week are only $1.15 cents per hour. 🙂
